Description:   Observational documentary series featuring extraordinary
               outbursts of temper caught on camera by bystanders and those
               caught up in the brouhaha. This episode looks at what can
               happen during a very bad day on the job. The programme
               includes footage of a builder whose customers refused to pay
               him taking a sledgehammer to the porch he has just built,
               flight crews doing battle with holidaymakers at 30,000 feet
               and cabbies being punched in the face by their passengers

Title:         The Hotel Inspector Returns
Episode:       The Meudon
Description:   Documentary series. Alex Polizzi returns to the scene of
               some of her biggest challenges to discover whether the
               hotels' fortunes have turned around and whether the owners
               have continued to follow her advice. Alex revisits the
               Meudon Country House Hotel near Falmouth. When she visited
               two years previously, she found a father-and-son team at
               loggerheads, an uninspiring restaurant menu and dated decor.
               Having done her utmost to turn the situation around and make
               son Mark into more of a leader, the hotel's fortunes were
               looking up. Have the family kept up the good work?
