Title:         Alex Polizzi - The Fixer
Episode:       Heck Sausages
Description:   Alex Polizzi, champion of small businesses, finds fixes for
               the critical issues that kill so many companies. In this
               episode Alex looks at trading with the big boys as she meets
               the Keebles, a family of farmers turned sausage producers
               who rely heavily on the supermarkets selling their product
               to survive. Like many small producers, however, they often
               feel powerless in that relationship. Privileged access to
               Morrisons' food development kitchens reveals some
               interesting results, and Alex uncovers some secrets behind
               the layout of Tesco shelves. Can Alex get a small company
               like Heck to survive on the shelves of the supermarket and
               realise their dream of being the UK's number one premium
               brand?

Title:         Cooks' Questions
Description:   Cookery series hosted by Sue Perkins, in which some of the
               UK's most celebrated chefs answer culinary questions from an
               audience of keen cooks. The chefs tackle the audience's
               three big questions on pasta, roast chicken and filleting,
               before creating a signature dish involving apples. The show
               also visits Anglo-Indian chef Atul Kochhar, who makes
               venison pickle to demonstrate the ancient Indian art of
               pickling

Title:         Hotel India
Description:   Documentary series going behind the scenes of India's oldest
               and most famous hotel, the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai.
               The hotel has played host to some of Mumbai's grandest and
               most expensive weddings. For generations, Indian families
               have met and married at the Taj. Rittika and Parth's wedding
               is following their family heritage, as the groom's parents
               had an arranged marriage at the hotel 28 years ago. Mehr,
               the hotel's youngest-ever head of food and beverages,
               obsessively presides over menus, table settings and canapes.
               The show also meets Indian socialite Shoba Dei, who was
               first proposed to in the Sea Lounge as a teenager, and jazz
               singer Dana Gillespie, who sang with the likes of David
               Bowie in the 60s and has been performing in the hotel for
               the last 30 years

Title:         Marston's Brewery: One Ale of a Job!
Description:   Documentary series following some of the 13,000 staff who
               help to make Marston's Britain's fastest growing brewery. In
               this episode we meet Mark who is responsible for 50,000
               litres of beer making it safely from the copper boilers to
               the fermenters. We also meet Simon and Chris who make sure
               the Burton Union, the company's unique yeast fermenting
               contraption, keeps bubbling along nicely and Graham, who has
               to call in the cavalry to get 43,000 pints of ale from the
               brewery in Hook Norton to the bottling plant in Burton
