Title:         Dragons' Den
Description:   Series in which budding entrepreneurs pitch business ideas
               to multimillionaires. A couple of university friends pitch
               their home-brew cider kits hoping to leave the Den
               victorious, and a loose-leaf tea company serve up a
               refreshing treat. The lift encounters a technical
               malfunction, and a former Economics student hopes to butter
               up the Dragons with his new nutty preserve. Will anyone walk
               away with a deal?

Title:         Supermarket Wars: Channel 4 Dispatches
Description:   It's crisis time at Britain's big supermarkets. Under
               pressure from the internet, the recession and cheap
               competitors like Lidl and Aldi, the supermarkets are
               desperate to woo customers back with special offers and
               price reductions. But who is really paying the price? This
               programme investigates the supermarket supply chain and
               looks at some of the working lives of those at the very
               bottom: the people who pick, pack and manufacture our food.
               With undercover filming, Morland Sanders lifts the lid on
               key supermarket suppliers, examining hygiene, health and
               safety and the reality of life on minimum-wage,
               minimum-security, ultra-flexible contracts

Title:         Food Unwrapped
Description:   Series exploring how our food is really made and the
               industry secrets behind our favourite produce. Jimmy Doherty
               investigates low-salt food, hearing how some food producers
               are using seaweed to reduce their salt content. Kate Quilton
               looks at the production of jellied eels, the East London
               favourite whose sales are booming. Matt Tebbutt puts on his
               lab coat to find out what gives a gin and tonic its bizarre
               luminescence

Title:         Cooks' Questions
Description:   In this first episode, Sue Perkins is joined by a trio of
               Michelin-starred chefs. Creative chef Jason Atherton,
               Richard Corrigan and Lisa Allen take turns to tackle the
               audience's three big questions on shellfish (what makes a
               great seafood platter and how to dress a crab), bread (how
               to get the most from your yeast and achieve the perfect
               crumb) and the art of braising (why tough cuts work best and
               slow moist cooking rules). Sue asks the chefs to make
               signature dishes with beetroot, resulting in an exotic
               pairing with venison and cappuccino dessert. Outside the
               studio, two-Michelin-starred master Phil Howard at The
               Square demonstrates the secret of spherification in a
               magical gazpacho made up of spheres of red, green and yellow
               peppers. There's also a look at Peruvian cuisine and the art
               of ceviche with rising star Virgilio Martínez, and Theo
               Randall, master of rustic Italian fare, visits a student
               cook in Bath to prove that anyone can rustle up
               restaurant-quality roast pork

Title:         Undercover Boss
Description:   Reality show in which high-flying company executives go
               undercover to ensure their businesses are in good shape.
               Rowlands managing director Kenny Black goes undercover in
               his pharmacy chain. With government funding down and
               competition increasing, Rowlands' turnover has dropped by
               £20m. In a bid to differentiate his business from rivals
               and win new customers, Kenny wants his 510 dispensaries to
               offer free health advice and excellent customer service. On
               the frontline though he discovers overworked staff and
               life-saving medicines that are out of stock
