Title:         Heston's Great British Food
Description:   Heston Blumenthal explores the best of modern British food.
Heston provides his own special twist on the classic British
afternoon tea, conjuring something the Mad Hatter himself
would be proud of. He creates an edible sponge cake stand
after an inspiring visit to fine china manufacturers
Wedgwood, and adorns it with some 'sandwich' cakes made from
Earl Grey sponge and blood orange pâté de fruit. For tea,
Heston brews a Darjeeling and hedgerow infusion and cucumber
sandwich tea leaves. There is also a sandwich casino inside
a beautiful country house in Staffordshire, where the guests
are able to eat the playing cards, casino chips and even the
gambling table. For one last surprise, Heston makes a
chocolate teapot that pours Earl Grey chocolate tea

bagging a bargain become a badge of honour among shoppers?
