Title:         The Truth About Low Fat Food: Channel 4 Dispatches
Description:   Behind-the-scenes investigation into a story yet to hit the
               headlines. Looking at the ways that the food industry has
               reacted to the fear of fat. Reporter Antony Barnett reveals
               surprising evidence that suggests there are worrying
               inaccuracies in the labelling of fat content. With the help
               of the public, Dispatches also shows just how confused we
               are about the myriad of labels now used for low and
               reduced-fat foods. Analysing dozens of these products,
               Barnett reveals how some can contain huge amounts of sugar,
               calories and high amounts of fat. And one couple eat nothing
               but low-fat foods for seven days

               upwards of £2.20 for a caffeine hit. Not even the recession
               quenched our desire for coffee and now millions are hooked,
               spending up to £2,000 a year and pouring cash into the
               coffers of the coffee shop brands. This sets out to discover
               how the nation became so obsessed, and how the brands do
               battle for our custom. With behind-the-scenes access to
               staff on the frontline and the bosses of the big brands,
               this is the inside story of the coffee shop world

Description:   Series in which Sir Digby Jones helps businesses realise
               their potential. In this first episode, Digby rolls up his
               sleeves and sets about helping secure the future of a
               medium-sized business, Hereford Furniture. This family-owned
               company with over 40 employees makes and sells home
               furniture but it has recently recorded a loss and this has
               to be tackled if its future is to be secured. It is
               ambitious and keen to succeed but, like all businesses, it
               has problems that need addressing. Are they making the right
               furniture? Should they change direction? And how do they
               manage change? While Digby always has the best interests of
               the companies in mind, expect ruffled feathers and bruised
               egos as he gets stuck in and delivers his analysis and
               advice. Under Digby's expert guidance and over several
               months, problems are isolated and tackled, experts are
               called in and big decisions made
