Title:         Shop Secrets: Tricks of the Trade

Description:   Harry Wallop puts hidden cameras inside shops, market stalls

               and restaurants across the country and sends in a team of

               super sellers to trick and scam unsuspecting customers,

               showing how vulnerable we are to both legitimate and shifty

               sales techniques. This episode reveals a beauty salon

               switch, where a pricey moisturiser is replaced by an economy

               product. In the test supermarket, a shopper is equipped with

               a high-tech tracking device to reveal how shoppers are drawn

               to products on the shelves, and why. The show also

               demonstrates a common trick of the restaurant trade: the

               'we've only got one left' trick, where customers are

               encouraged to order the most expensive dish on the menu by

               convincing them there's only one left in the kitchen
