Title:         Shop Secrets: Tricks of the Trade
Description:   Documentary series exposing the tricks and scams used by
               traders to make us spend our money. This episode reveals the
               murky history of 'Buy One Get One Free/BOGOF' deals. The
               sales team in the rigged fashion boutique show how easy it
               is to pass off jumpers with a small percentage of cashmere
               as the real deal. Jazzy Jim takes over a market stall in
               Portobello Road to show how economy jams and marmalades
               bought from a supermarket can be repackaged and passed off
               as higher quality versions, sold at seven times the original
               price

Title:         Food Unwrapped Easter Special
Description:   Jimmy Doherty, Kate Quilton and Matt Tebbut present a
               special Easter edition of the documentary series that
               explores how our food is really made and the industry
               secrets behind our favourite produce. Kate heads on a
               pilgrimage to a cocoa farm in Ghana to find out if eating
               dark chocolate is benefitial. Jimmy investigates why rabbit
               is stocked in supermarkets on the continent, but not in the
               UK. Matt goes on a real-life egg hunt to find out more about
               double yolks, and also heads to Hampshire where he discovers
               that the tender spring lamb served at Easter may be older
               than you think. Kate finds out how daffodils could help
               treat Alzheimer's disease

Title:         Restaurant Wars: The Battle for Manchester
Description:   Second part in the series following two of Britain's top
               chefs, Simon Rogan and Aiden Byrne, as they open new
               restaurants in Manchester and aim to be awarded a Michelin
               star. Pressure mounts as Simon struggles to get his team of
               young chefs to meet his exacting standards in time for the
               arrival of the first national restaurant critic. Across the
               city, Aiden and restaurateur Tim Bacon begin a rigorous
               training programme for chefs and front of house staff, most
               of whom have never worked in a fine dining restaurant. As
               the waiting staff attempt to memorise over 50 courses and
               their ingredients, the design team struggle to complete the
               £3 million project in time for opening night

               tough economic times. This episode reveals how Amazon grew

               retail sector. As of 2014 British people do more of their
               shopping online than any other nation and as this film
               reveals, this is largely due to the influence and success of
               Amazon. Whilst founder Jeff Bezos has been criticised by
               publishers, retailers and even the French minister of
               culture over the sheer size of Amazon and its practices,
               Amazon defends its record for providing customers with
               competitive prices and choice. Plus a look at the future of
               Amazon as it enters new sectors such as groceries, ebooks,
               film production and cloud computing services

Episode:       Ebac Dehumidifiers
Description:   Series in which Lord Digby Jones helps businesses realise
               their potential. Digby Jones rolls up his sleeves and sets
               about helping Ebac, an electronics manufacturer in County
               Durham. It already runs a successful water-cooler business
               and employs over 200 staff, but it stepped into the unknown
               when it bought the assets of Icetech Freezers Ltd based near
               John o'Groats. It set itself the massive task of
               transporting tonnes of kit south, building a new production
               line from scratch and relaunching the chest freezer brand,
               Norfrost
