Title:         The Hotel
Description:   Documentary series revealing behind-the-scenes life in the
               hotel industry. Mark finally decides to sell The Grosvenor:
               his debts are now so high that he has no choice but to let
               the hotel go. He is dreading telling the staff and turns to
               his advisor, the former chief AA hotel inspector, for
               support. The guests, like the staff, are unaware that these
               are the last days of The Grosvenor in its current guise.
               Meanwhile, front of house, reservations manager Alison’s
               favourite family, the Fountains, make a return visit. Mark
               tries to keep a smile on everyone’s faces by entering Team
               Grosvenor in the Torbay coastal rowing race. For the first
               and last time, Alison dons her Lycra and takes to the water.
               Can Team Grosvenor win the battle at sea even though
               Mark’s lost the financial war?

Description:   Alex Polizzi sets out to wage a one woman campaign to save

               specialising in fabric and curtains, has been going in East
               London since it was set up in 1920. It’s approaching its
               centenary but the recession and house market slump have hit
               curtain sales hard. Run by three brothers, both they and the
               shop are stuck in a time warp, almost as far back as the
               shop’s beginning. And what’s more they are paralysed by
               indecision about how to move the business forward
