Title:         The Hotel

Description:   Documentary series revealing behind-the-scenes life in the

                hotel industry. Hotel manager Mark decides he needs some new

                tricks as he continues to try to attract more up-market

                guests to the Grosvenor. He takes Alison to a nearby luxury

                hotel for inspiration and concludes that the answer to all

                his problems lies in investing in a new gourmet sausage.

                Plus there’s a special guest in the form of a not

                completely house-trained dog
