Description: Documentary series capturing life behind-the-scenes at The
Grosvenor in Torquay, a typical three-star British holiday
hotel. In the final episode, manager Mark Jenkins decides to
throw one more barbecue pool party as the summer season
nears its end. But in true British style, the weather has
other ideas and the heavens are about to open. Mark is
worried about what will happen when the peak season is over,
but thinks it is time he rewarded himself by getting back
his pride and joy, his Bentley, on hire purchase. Checking
into the hotel are Rose and Alan from Wales, who spent their
honeymoon in Torquay 35 years ago. Now they are returning
with their granddaughter to relive some old memories

Title: Alex Polizzi - The Fixer
Episode: Guidebridge MOT
Description: Alex Polizzi sets out to wage a one woman campaign to save

climate, but it’s a sector that’s vital to the British
economy. Alex Polizzi lends her considerable expert business
skills to a failing family car repair garage in
Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester. Mum And co-owner Jan Lord
despairs of getting the business out of the increasing
trouble it’s in with too few customers and not enough work
to fill the mechanics’ days. Without improvement, she
faces the nightmare scenario of losing her home and making
her own children unemployed. Alex discovers that the family
are their own worst enemies - their customer service skills
are not up to scratch, the garage is a mess, and not only
that Jan’s youngest son and MOT supremo Adam spends more
time messing around than actually working. And worse, Jan
herself is hiding the true state of the company from her
sons and daughter
