Description: Historian Jane Humphries tells the story of the ’white
slaves of England’, the child workers whose exploitation

Title: Michel Roux’s Service
Description: Michel Roux is on a personal mission: to take eight young

skills with the new phenomenon of bespoke private dining -
where guests pay for the experience to be tailor-made for
them. The trainees are split into three teams, each catering
