Title: Turn Back Time: The High Street
Episode: Victorian
Description: A group of modern shopkeepers and their families take over
empty shops in a neglected market square in Shepton Mallet
to see if they can turn back time for the British High
Street, living and trading through six key eras of history.
They begin their journey in the 1870s, when the high street
was born. The shopkeepers make up the key trades: the
butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker and the grocer.
Overseeing it all is an expert Chamber of Commerce, headed
up by Gregg Wallace

secret diners to assess the dining experience they offer

Episode: Pub Grub
Description: Science series in which farmer Jimmy Doherty asks what
really goes into supermarket food. In this episode, Jimmy

Jimmy gets explosive results when he tries to make oven
chips. Creating chicken kievs proves messy when he makes a
home-made meat processing machine from an old car tyre. To
complete his pub menu, Jimmy discovers how a farm boss, who
produces 480,000 sirloin steaks every year, makes sure every
steak is tender and juicy

Description: Business-based reality show. The candidates enter the world

designers, and are tasked with charming the fashionistas to
allow them to represent their brand at retail. Under the
ever-watchful eyes of Nick and Karren, the teams use every
trick in the book to market and promote their stores. But
who will not survive the boardroom?

own environmental cause

Title: Oktoberfest!
Description: 'Die Zeit' journalist John F Jungclaussen travels to Munich
to join the millions of revellers celebrating 200 years of
the Oktoberfest- the largest folk festival in the world. He
asks what the festival means for Bavarian identity and why
over 6 million tourists come from across the globe to join
in. He speaks to Prince Luitpold of Bavaria whose
great-great-great-grandfather King Ludwig I founded the
Oktoberfest in 1810 and who has had a long argument with the
city of Munich over his right to sell beer at the festival.
He asks how Bavarian symbols and customs have come to
represent the German stereotype and considers why many are
still wary of celebrating their national and local identity
since the War.
