Episode: Return of the Real Apprentices
Description: Panorama follows the fortunes of four young people searching
for work in Swindon. The programme first met them in 2007
and set them real-life Apprentice-style work challenges,
with dramatic results. Since then the recession has struck,
and hit Swindon - and their prospects - hard. How have they
responded?

Title: Out of the Frying Pan
Episode: The Shooting Party
Description: Series following The Restaurant runners-up, James and Ali,
as they take on six challenging fine dining events. They've
spent the last nine months training under Raymond Blanc -
now they're ready to step out of the professional kitchen
into the real world. This week they're joining the country
set, catering for a family throwing a shooting party for
friends on their country estate. James is keen to put his
modern spin on a six course game banquet, while Ali needs to
learn to be a butler

Title: Grow Your Own Drugs
Episode: Shrubs and Trees
Description: In the penultimate episode of his ethnobotanical guide to
the medicinal property of plants, James Wong uses trees and
shrubs to tackle minor everyday complaints. He shows one
shaving rash sufferer how to grow witch hazel and turn it
into a cooling gel, and offers three sinusitis sufferers
some relief with a fragrant eucalyptus rub that takes just
moments to make. He meets expert growers and turns St John's
Wort into a skin balm for cuts and wounds

Title: Heston's Titanic Feast
Description: Culinary scientist Heston Blumenthal reinvents famous period
and mythical feasts. Heston prepares an Edwardian feast
worthy of being served on the ill-fated RMS Titanic. The
menu includes Antarctic roll, camel burger and flambeed
iceberg

Title: Duncan Bannatyne's Seaside Rescue
Description: The multi-millionaire mogul is on a mission to save the
great British seaside holiday. Can Duncan help the owners of
a nearly deserted farm park in Cornwall turn enthusiasm into
profit?

Title: Blood, Sweat and Luxuries
Description: Six young British consumers swap their luxury lives to work
alongside the people who mine, manufacture, process and
recycle luxury goods in Africa and Asia. In Britain today,
what were once luxuries are fast becoming everyday items.
James, Alexandria and Lucy head to Ilakaka in Madagascar to
discover where the gems and jewellery sold on the British
high street come from. They join workers in chain gangs
digging for sapphires in vast open-pit mines. The extreme
working conditions, hand-to-mouth existence of the locals
and low value of the rough stones compared to jewellery for
sale in Western shops shock the Brits

Title: Three in a Bed
Description: Series in which bed-and-breakfast owners compete to have
their establishments crowned the best - with guests paying
only what they think their stay was worth. This first
programme features Roger and Victoria Garlick and their
historic B&B, Smugglers Cottage; Claire and Mark Smith, who
run the five-star Number One in Blackpool; and Joyce and Ray
Barham, who run the super-efficient The Kildare in Skegness

Title: The Edible Garden
Episode: Roots and Leafy Greens
Description: Alys Fowler attempts to avoid shop-bought fruit and
vegetables and live off her own, home-grown produce. In the
challenge of turning a small urban backyard into a beautiful
and edible garden, root crops and leafy greens are the
mainstays. Planted amidst the majestic kales are the red
stems of earthy Swiss chard, and the deep purple foliage of
beetroot, all delivering delicious dishes from mid summer
right through the winter

Title: Jamie Does... Andalucia
Description: Jamie Oliver embarks on a culinary expedition to six great
food destinations in Europe and North Africa. This time
Jamie is in Andalucia, searching for the authentic tastes of
Spain. He begins his journey in the historic town of Ronda,
the birthplace of modern bullfighting. Jamie makes paella
for a whole village, cooks rabbit stew with hunters and
learns how to cut Serrano ham. He also makes an authentic
gazpacho, pork chops with Spanish beans, salt-roasted fish
and a quail's-egg breakfast
