Title: Raymond Blanc's Kitchen Secrets
Episode: Tomatoes
Description: Legendary chef Raymond Blanc welcomes the cameras into his
kitchen to share his cooking secrets. Raymond focuses on
tomatoes, opening with a simple recipe for a salad inspired
by his mother. The lightest tomato essence is not only a
dish in itself, it forms the base of a fresh yet creamy
risotto. A supper dish of stuffed tomatoes glazed with
cheese takes us back in time and for the finale an
impressive tomato themed series of ices and sorbets cleanses
the palate with elegance

Title: Out of the Frying Pan
Episode: Dinner for Duncan
Description: The Restaurant contestants James Knight Pacheco and Alasdair
Hooper return for a new series. Since 2009, chef James and
front-of-house Ali have worked at Raymond Blanc's
Michelin-starred restaurant. Now they're testing their
skills in the real world, as event caterers. Their first
client couldn't be a bigger challenge: Duncan Bannatyne
wants a dinner party for eight friends and neighbours at his
villa in the south of France. Without language skills or
local knowledge, can James and Ali deliver?

Episode: Petals
Description: Ethnobotanist James Wong believes plants have more uses than
just brightening up a flower border. They contain beneficial
properties that could help ease the symptoms of minor
everyday health complaints. James focuses on petals, turning
chamomile into a luxurious bath milk and honeysuckle and
jasmine into soothing jellies for sore throats

Title: Heston's Fairytale Feast
Description: Culinary scientist Heston Blumenthal reinvents famous period
and mythical feasts. Heston prepares a banquet inspired by
the Regency period fairytales which thrilled and scared him
as a child. The starters are Cinderella pumpkin and a plate
of Jack and the Beanstalk inspired cock's testicles. The
main course is a stuffed boar's head inspired by Snow White,
and dessert is an edible Hansel and Gretel house. Heston's
guests include Fay Ripley, Jenni Falconer and Hardeep Singh

Description: The multi-millionaire mogul is on a mission to save the
great British seaside holiday. The owners of a lacklustre
wax museum in Cornwall get some home truths

Title: The Edible Garden
Episode: Salads
Description: Alys Fowler attempts to avoid shop-bought fruit and
vegetables and live off her own, home-grown produce. It's no
easy task because Alys doesn't want to turn her garden into
an allotment, so she's growing her fruit and vegetables
among her flowers. Alys weaves salad crops through the
flower borders of her small urban back garden. Salad crops
are some of the easiest things to grow and the tastiest to
eat. Lettuces, tomatoes and cucumbers can go from garden to
plate in minutes

Title: Jamie Does... Marrakesh
Description: Jamie Oliver embarks on a culinary expedition to six great
food destinations in Europe and North Africa. In this
episode he visits Marrakesh in Morocco to enjoy slow-roasted
lamb in cumin, prune and beef tagine and almond and rose
water cakes. Visiting a communal bread oven, he makes a
tangia, a nomad's stew, slow roasting it around the fires
heating the hammam baths
