TV Recordings:

Title: Theo's Adventure Capitalists
Episode: Vietnam
Description: Dragon's Den star Theo Paphitis follows the fortunes of
brave and bold British companies trying to expand in three
of the world's most dynamic emerging markets - India, Brazil
and Vietnam. While Britain is still stuck in a recession,
these economies are booming. There couldn't be a better time
than now for British businesses to seize these opportunities
in some of the world's fastest-expanding but risky markets -
but how easy is it going to be?

Title: Blood, Sweat and Luxuries
Episode: Coffee
Description: Six young British consumers swap their luxury lives to work
alongside the people who mine, manufacture, process and
recycle luxury goods in Africa and Asia. The Brits travel
south to the coffee plantations of Yirgacheffe and the
remote mountain village of Biolya. Here, they have no help
from a local family and must survive only on the wages paid
to a coffee worker. To survive, the Brits must pool their
money and work as a family, but when their team needs to be
strong it starts falling apart

Title: Duncan Bannatyne's Seaside Rescue
Description: The multi-millionaire mogul is on a mission to save the
great British seaside holiday. Duncan is tasked with getting
the town of Felixstowe swinging again

Title: Heston's 70s Feast
Description: Culinary scientist Heston Blumenthal reinvents famous period
and mythical feasts. Heston takes on the 1970s, the age of
his childhood, and serves an aperitif of savoury ice
lollies, followed by some special noodles and a luxury
version of school dinners. Heston's guests include rocker
Noddy Holder

Title: Out of the Frying Pan
Episode: Sandhurst
Description: Series following The Restaurant runners-up James and Ali as
they take on six challenging fine dining events. They have
spent the last nine months training under Raymond Blanc -
now they are ready to step out of the professional kitchen
into the real world. Here, James and Ali are called up to
Sandhurst to cater the prestigious Commissioning Dinner for
nearly 300 officers and cadets. Can they deliver a
regimental dinner to remember?

Title: Three in a Bed
Description: Series in which bed-and-breakfast owners compete to have
their establishments crowned the best - with guests paying
only what they think their stay was worth. The contestants
are ex-opera singer Jenny and partner Richard from Jeake's
House in Rye; Beverley and her sister Debbie from Great
Yarmouth's Baron's Court, and Samantha and Jules from Lunan
Lodge in Scotland

Title: The Edible Garden
Episode: Flowers and Herbs
Description: Alys Fowler attempts to avoid shop-bought fruit and
vegetables and live off her own, home-grown produce. In
Alys's pretty but productive backyard, she grows flowers and
herbs for many reasons; to flavour her food, to decorate her
home and to attract wildlife essential for the health and
productivity of her garden. From herb omelettes, to bread
made with rosemary and salads of edible blooms, flowers and
herbs are the garden garnishes that bring both the garden
and kitchen to life

Title: Jamie Does...
Episode: Venice
Description: Jamie Oliver embarks on a culinary expedition to six great
food destinations in Europe and North Africa. In Venice he
cooks up spaghetti vongole, learns the secret of how to make
the best risotto in the world and makes a classic bellini
with beef carpaccio

Title:  The Food Programme
Description: In the first of two programmes about portrayal of food,
Sheila Dillon explores the world of commercial food
photography. Do they really use mashed potato instead of
ice-cream? And which image on the cover of a food mag is
most likely to shift copies? Sheila is joined by cook and
food writer Nigel Slater discuss the changing fashions in
depicting dinner
