TV Recordings:

Title: Panorama
Episode: Can't Deliver, Won't Deliver

Broadcast Info: Monday 14 Dec 09, 20:30 (30 mins)
Channels: BBC1
Description: What is wrong with the Royal Mail? Panorama
investigates the service that gets around 5,000
complaints a day, and asks if our once-proud

unless the posties and the bosses can get
themselves sorted

Title: Grow Your Own Drugs for Christmas
Broadcast Info: Wednesday 16 Dec 09, 20:00 (60 mins)

special. In his usual inimitable style, James is
tossing out the tinsel in favour of a more organic
approach to celebrate the festive season in style.
He delves into the origins of our favourite
Christmas plants and shows how to think entirely
differently about how we make use of them in the
build-up to Christmas, plus demonstrates how
traditional Christmas plants can be made into
natural remedies, recipes and original hand-made
presents

redesign the greatest festive feasts from history,
including a lavish appetiser loved by King Charles
II and a favourite snack of the Roman emperors. A
host of celebrity diners, including Charlie
Higson, Mariella Frostrup, Arabella Weir, Matt
Dawson, James Purefoy and Kate Spicer, will be on
hand to sample the extravagant delicacies
